Refund policy

At Pickle & Bear, we want you to love your products as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Period

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • If you change your mind about a product, we will happily accept your return.
  • A £3 returns fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, handling and processing costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs).
  • We may ask for photos of the product to help us process your claim quickly.

4. Exclusions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as teethers, feeding products, and any items used for weaning cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

5. How to Return

  • Please contact our customer care team at info@pickleandbear.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned item.
  • Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
